Thanks to my friend David Gardner for putting this on facebook. As the president defines a tax cut as an "expediture" (???) and the Republicans defend subsidies for oil and gas companies (?????) Washington desperately needs a return to commonsense accounting as demonstrated by Ma and Pa Kettle.
